This review addresses nearly all of my problems with the film, including my main complaint: the endless, tedious exposition, punctuated only by badly staged/blocked action sequences. I don't think Nolan is a hack (yet) -- "The Prestige" in particular has some modest virtues -- but the idea that this overheated mess of a film --which feels like some bizarre amalgam of "Existenz" and "The Matrix" -- is the 3rd greatest movie of all time is simply ridiculous.
