another World Series in the books

Happy for the Giants, especially as I predicted an easy victory for them. The MOST predictable thing, of course, was that yet again US "sports fans", who supposedly love the city they root for, went out and tried to destroy parts of it last night. In the rest of the world, behavior of this sort is rooted in social issues, poverty, governmental strife. In the US, it's rooted in "yay, we won"..?!? And Americans laugh at European soccer hooligans...at least they go to OPPOSING cities and trash them! Idiots one and all....
