saki newsletter 6/11/13!

It's almost here! This Saturday is a huge day for all of us here, and we hope you can make it out to catch Man... or Astro-Man? for our June installment of Off The Record! We're going to start things off at 3pm with a DJ set from Chunklet's Adam Reach, followed by a live set from MoAM at 4, and then another DJ set from Ben Johnson (also of Chunklet). After all that we'll spin the new record, Defcon 5... 4... 3... 2... 1, in full for anyone who wants to stick around and have a listen. We will also have some delicious treats provided by Yo Soy! As always, the whole event has been made possible with help from DCASE! Don't, uh, SPACE OUT and miss this one, you guys! Hit up the Facebook event for more info and any other updates. We highly recommend you check out one of their TWO Empty Bottle shows this week as well!

Now that we've got that out of the way, we'd like to thank Emily Haasch, Divino Nino, Ayme Frye, Dr. Pyramid, and the Old Town School's Charles Kim and Lisa DeRosia or a fantastic weekend here at the store! Emily's work will be up on the west and north wall for the rest of the month. We highly recommend you come check it out!
