Friends, friends of friends, acquaintances, those of you who still think we're some kind of Japanese restaurant or wine bar, we want you to know that our phones are APPARENTLY back in working order. There may still be some kinks to works out (not the good kind of Kinks), but it appears that our phone is accepting incoming calls, and hey, we can even call YOU. So get ready for those calls because it gets really lonely here at night...
We'd like to thank Miles Jackson and everyone who came out for his opening on Friday. He's a talented young gun and we're proud to have his work up on our walls! Stop by anytime this month to check it out.
We don't have anything extra-ordinary going on in the shop this weekend, but please go say hi to our friends from Powell Brew House at the Auxiliary Art Center on Friday night. They'll be pouring their tasty brews with live sets from C. Batteries, Raw McCartney, MTVGhosts, Mauve and White Gold. You can find more info here. We wish we could be there selling records, but we cannot. Come to think of it, you should come HERE and buy some records and then take them THERE and show everyone. Sounds like a plan, right!?

Each week saki will be offering a handful of new releases for 20% OFF! You can check the blog, Facebook, Twitter, or our newsletter, to find out which titles will be discounted. We'll choose 2-3 titles each week and they'll be discounted for their entire first week of release!
This week is pretty light on new releases so we're going to do something fun again! Each day we'll select 5-6 records and make them 20% off for the day. We'll post our pics to all the pertinent social media, or you can just stop in and see what's on the 20% off shelf up by the counter. Once something has been featured as 20% off, it will remain on sale through the rest of the week!
