Ambient Parking Lot Reading April 22nd @ Comfort Station

Pamela Lu stops by our very own Logan Square to do a reading from her 2011 book Ambient Parking Lot. The reading is on April 22nd at 4pm at the Comfort Station  (2579 N. Milwaukee Ave.).

In short, Ambient Parking Lot follows an ambient sound band's mission to capture the sounds of parking lots around the world. We love this hilarious book and it is available at saki!

Halloween in Logan Square

There is a lot going on in Logan Square for Halloween this year. Of course you already know about the seance here at Saki on October 30th.

Here is something else to consider while visiting our fine neighborhood in this festive season: The Musical of the Living Dead!!!

What could be better than combining the awesome George Romero movie, Night of the Living Dead, with music??
