UNREST "Perfect Teeth" on NPR All Songs Considered & Pitchfork

Unrest's seminal album Perfect Teeth 6x7" box set (replete with sticker, giant booklet, 6 additional non-LP tracks!!!) is featured on NPRs All Songs Considered's "13 Reasons To Visit Your Local Record Store Day on Saturday".  Nice shout out to our (completely awesome) brohemians at Culture Clash Records, btw! See what the big brains at NPR have to say about this Teen Beat classic ~

"Washington, D.C. is mostly known for its history with hardcore and go-go, but in recent years, the Capital's distinctly tongue-in-cheek but charmingly catchy '90s indie-pop scene has received its due. No band exemplified these qualities more than Unrest on its final and best album, 1993's Perfect Teeth."

Then there's this!  Pitchfork also weighed in, and revealed their Top 45 Record Store Day Releases list, featuring the Unrest box set as well!  Just like Pitchfork to follow NPRs lead....wink, wink (sigh).

Saki's manager, Adam also did a little interview with Unrest/TeenBeat's Mark Robinson. They touch on RSD, cassette tapes & soccer, of all things!

Happy (almost) Record Store Day everyone!...until then, 4/20, dude, 4/20.
