This week we've got the opening reception of Mat Daly's show, "All a Blur:Selected Works 2003-2013." He's actually hanging it right now and it looks fantastic! Come out Friday night to say hi to Mat and see a live set from Nick Butcher and Jordan Martins. As always, we'll provide some snacks!
On Saturday, we've got our July Off The Record party! Owen (Mike Kinsella) will be playing his new record L'Ami Du Peuple all the way through solo and acoustic! Every Off The Record is special for us, but we're even more excited this month to have Owen play the record start to finish. If that's not enough, Graham Elliot (Iron Chef, Top Chef Masters, MasterChef, and Beard aware nominee) will be providing the brunch treats! If you came out for our brunchtime Off The Record with Trouble In Mind Records and Mikal Cronin back in February, this will be very similar, ie. it's going to be awesome!
After Owen's Off The Record we've got another in-store at 4pm! Locals Today's Hits are coming off a short tour and they're bringing their friends Joe and Otis and The Lemons out to welcome them home! Among the three bands are members of Slushy, The Sueves and Magic Milk so you know it'll be a good time!
Next week we've got Mike Sheehan's "A Fine Lineup," Epitonic saki Sessions with Come, Speedy Ortiz, and The New Diet, plus an in-store from M.O.T.O and Mike Felten!
Oh, and we'll be open from 12-4 on July 4th, just FYI!
