Post-RSD roundup!

Woah, woah, woah! We have a lot of people to thank and a lot of info we want you to know post-RSD! We're going to do our best to give you the rundown here and not miss anything. Here goes!

First of all, thank all of YOU for coming out and spending the day with us. Record Store Day is a lot of work and it can be stressful, but seeing so many people flipping through the racks, enjoying the bands, and båuying all those records makes it all worth it.

We also owe a huge thanks to the people who helped us make this RSD so successful, especially BV Chicago, Their They're There, Negative Scanner, Meat Wave, Landmarks, Minor Characters, Wedding Dress, Aaron Dexter, Nick Rouley, Gaslight Coffee Roasters, Pitchfork Music Festival, Busy Beaver Button Co., Merge Records, Drug Factory Press, Provenance Food and Wine, Chris Hefner, Sonnenzimmer, the Empty Bottle, Metro Chicago, White Mystery, Saddle Creek Records, The Whistler, Comedy Minus One, Drag City, Light In The Attic and Landland.

If you didn't get the chance to enter our raffle yesterday, we are extending the entry period through today. If you don't enter, you're nuts! We've got 3 days passes to Pitchfork Fest, tickets for a bunch of upcoming Metro shows, including Wye Oak and Conor Oberst, and several prize packs featuring prints from Drug Factory Press and Chris Hefner, autographed Superchunk posters + some other Merge goodies, as well as stuff from Busy Beaver Button Co. and The Empty Bottle! Tickets are $1 and you can enter as many times as you like. All proceeds will go to our friends at CHIRP!

We do still have some RSD leftovers and some more freebie stuff to give away too! AND a few people asked for copies of our RSD poster designed by Chris Hefner. We printed out a bunch more and they're on the freebie table now as well. Oh, and you can now by that Chris Hefner design on a saki t-shirt for $10! You get 5% off your entire purchase (excludes artwork and RSD items) any time you wear a saki shirt at the store!
