Hey folks, please be aware that starting this week saki's weekly newsletter will be sent on Friday. If you're not aware, the music industry as a whole has instituted a change from Tuesday to Friday as the official release day for new music. So, from now on new releases will hit the racks on Friday instead of Tuesday and we will send out our newsletter to coincide with that date.
There will still be some new releases available on Tuesdays (as some labels are either ignorant of, or resisting this change), but rather than sending out two newsletters we will combine all of the releases into one newsletter on Fridays. There will also be occasional Vinyl Tuesday releases from the folks who organize Record Store Day, which we will likely include in the newsletter on the Friday before their release, AND the Friday after. Those releases will often be a big deal so we want to make sure you're aware of them!
We realize this change may be confusing to some of you, so don't hesitate to call us before stopping in if you're unsure of the release date for any item that you're looking for. This will undoubtedly cause some problems and confusion, especially in the immediate future, so we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
